1. Court Cleaning & Surface Preparation

We begin by pressure washing and thoroughly cleaning the entire court surface to remove dirt, debris, and contaminants. Proper surface preparation ensures that the resurfacing materials adhere correctly to the concrete.

2. Leveling Depressions & Repairing Low Spots

Next, we identify and repair any depressions or “birdbaths” in the court surface. Areas up to 1/8 inch deep are leveled using a mixture of acrylic binder, sand, and porcelain cement to create a consistent and even playing surface.

3. Acrylic Resurfacing Basecoat

A base coat of acrylic resurfacer mixed with sand is applied to the concrete surface. This layer helps restore the court’s texture while preparing it for the color coatings that follow.

4. Acrylic Color Coating

Two coats of acrylic color with sand are applied to the surface to create a durable and medium-speed playing surface. Customers can choose from a range of court colors to achieve their desired look.

5. Court Layout & Striping

Once the color coatings are complete, we carefully layout the court design using professional dual tape machines. Primer and line paint are then applied to create crisp, accurate court markings.
